Sylvia is a grey, African goose who lives on a farmin Michigan, with her gander, Ollie. They roam happily and freely around pasture and barnyard. Sylvia is a prolific layer of large, beautiful, white eggs. It occurred to me one day that these treasures should have a greater purpose than an ordinary egg. One Easter, my mother-in-law had a small Easter-Egg tree set up on a table, and I had the idea to make painted eggs and display them in a similar manner.
